Becoming A Client:

Follow these steps below

I work by appointment only so that means I am not able to accommodate "Walk In Appointments"

Book Your First Appointment Online Or Join The Waitlist!

Step 1: Book Appointment / Join Waitlist

Book your New Client Appointment via my online booking link above.

Choose either:

New Client Haircut Session or
Curly Haircut Session or
New Client Color Session

Fill out your New Client Form that I send you or use button.

Step 3: Fill Out New Client Form

Once you fill out your new client request form with more details about your hair and goals I will reach out with any other questions I have that might need to be addressed.

>Your next step is to pay your booking fee via the invoice I send you to secure your appointment.

Check Your Email/Text For Communication From Me.

I will always respond to you within 24 hours.

>I will be sending you your new client form and booking fee invoice.

As well as go over any details about your appointment request and hair goals.

Every new client is required to pay a non-refundable $50 booking fee that will go towards your hair appointment.

>This reserves your date & time with me. It must be paid within 48 hours of being sent or your appointment will be denied.

At Michelle Golden Hairstylist, your first visit will be uniquely tailored to ensure you receive The Golden Experience from the start. If you're new and only looking for a haircut without color services or hair extensions, here's what you can expect:

Appointment Overview: Approximately 1 Hour Cost: $150
Consultation: We'll begin with a detailed discussion based on your New Client Form to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your hair goals.

Pampering Treatment: Enjoy a relaxing shampoo, a hot towel treatment, and a deep conditioning mask to ensure your hair is hydrated, shiny, and smooth for up to 3 weeks. This also includes a welcome package/kit with a

Full Size take home to keep your hair healthy at home. Valued at $50+

Precision Haircut & Styling: I'll perform your haircut and style with clear explanations of each step, tailored to your head shape, hair texture, and daily routine. I'll also introduce you to the hair products I use and explain why they're effective.

Tips & Tricks: Learn practical styling tips, including how to use a flat iron for curls or keep your bangs in place throughout the day.

Wedding styles are one of my favorite things I do when wedding season starts.

I even have a small team to even help with large wedding parties or if you're wanting make up artist I have you covered.

I am located inside Salon 12 Suites, which are private salon suites.

I am in room #3. It is the last room on the right down the hall near the back door!!

If you need to come in to use the restroom it is right next to the back door and my room.

There is parking behind or in the back of the building for easy access to the restroom and my room if you would like to park back there as well.

We are right next door and in the same building next to Molly Maid's. Its the big white building if your coming south on Hwy 69. Please make sure you come a little early so you don't run into any issues trying to find the salon. The driveway is a little tricky so make sure you're paying attention.

Google maps is being silly and telling clients to turn to early so go past the Woodside Business Park.

Please make sure you read your confirmation emails for details about your appointments.

There is important information including my phone number if you need to contact me & for texting me when you arrive for your appointment.

For a personalized experience, all new clients will receive a consultation to discuss your preferences, dislikes, and create a custom hair plan just for you. If we haven't had a consultation before your appointment, I may request additional information such as pictures of your hair and hair history dating back up to 5 years.

Before your visit, please take the time to read through my policies page to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and expectations for all clients. When you book with me you're agreeing to these boundaries.
